How should I store my Cabot cheddar to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor and texture, keep your cheese tightly wrapped in its original packaging or airtight plastic wrap and store it in the vegetable crisper drawer of your refrigerator at 34-38°F.
Are Cabot products gluten-free?
Yes, all Cabot Cheddars are naturally gluten-free. We also ensure that our processing facilities follow strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination for our other dairy products.
Does Cabot cheddar contain lactose?
Natural aging breaks down the lactose in cheese. Because our cheddars are aged, they contain 0 grams of lactose per serving, making them a great choice for those with lactose sensitivity.
How do you ship perishable items to ensure quality?
We ship our products in insulated containers with cold packs. Orders are typically processed Monday through Wednesday to ensure your cheese arrives within two days and doesn't sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
